Terms & Conditions

1. Spaces in each club group are limited, places are booked and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Payment must be made in full in order for a booking to be completed.

3. All course fees are payable and are non refundable.

4. All coaches are approved and police checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

5. Xtra Active does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property.

6. Xtra Active reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason.

7. If a session is cancelled due to reasons out of Xtra Actives control no additional session will be provided and no refund given.

8. Xtra Active reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, resulting in a full loss of fees.
